Description: The Middlebrook farm is located just to the southeast of O'brien TX with 200 acre of Sandy loam farmland in an area that is known to produce good yields and has been well maintained. The farm is currently in an Irrigated rotation from cotton to wheat and they currently grown between 35-40 acres of cotton during the summertime and around 50-60 acres of wheat during the winter. The Dryland portion of the farm is generally planted into wheat during the winter for grain or hay purposes. There are currently 5 wells on the farm that are all plumbed into the underground PVC pipe and are used to Row-Flood irrigate the farm. A 66 acre block has two additional water wells in place on that farm. (Currently these 2 wells are not used, Further checking by a water well company would be needed to determine the exact amount of water these two well could produce). The current farmers are working with the landowners using a share crop. Do not drive on tenants crops and please do not trespass.
