This will be a stock purchase agreement. The purchase includes one hundred percent (100%) of the outstanding stock of the Seller Corporation, Mr. Scrap. Buyer assumes ownership and responsibility for the Corporation (and its Assets and Real Property) and the operation of the Corporation's scrap metal business.No third party financing contingencies.
